General Carowinds discussion

Jonathan wrote:I would say it is pretty likely Behemoth is a Cedar Fair project, or at the very least something Paramount had on the drawing board (along with other projects) and Cedar Fair bumped to the front.

From the 2008 Coaster Mania Q&A it was revealed that when Cedar Fair bought the parks there was no long term large projects for any of the Paramount Parks in the works, which put Cedar Fair sort on their toes because they were sent scrambling to get projects on the table. It was also mentioned that even they were surprised with how quickly they were able to get things moving on these upcoming large projects for all of the former Paramount Parks.

Also like Clint mentioned it was confirmed at the Q&A that they (Cedar Fair) cancelled the moving of Flight of Fear from one park to another when they took over the reins.

I highly doubt Carowinds would make the code something that could easily be de-scrambled. What about if EBCLAKF are not suppose to be letters but represent numbers or something.

Is there any way to check if the name White Lightning has been trademarked?

Well if you transcribe the letters to the number they correspond to E = 5, B = 2, C = 3, L = 12, A = 1, K = 11, F = 6. So it turns into 523121116. So 5231 ft long, 211 ft high, 16?

I’ve heard from a VERY reliable source that they are going to have 57 trains (30 inverted/15 floorless/10 millennium flyers/1 replication of Thomas the Tank®/1 light rail train from the LYNX blue line) that are going to be able to run all at once! They are actually tearing down the rest of the park just to build the station, as for the coaster it will loop through the Hearst building over Bank of America, and the mcbr will be somewhere in the vicinity of the stadium. Glad I got that off my chest.

Its more than likely 2 trains if no mcbr and 3 trains if there is a mcbr. You cant just "look" at another coaster to see how many another will have.
