10 minute walk to subway, 10 minute Q train ride, 5 minute transfer to the 4/5, 10 minute 4/5 ride, exit right in front of my building.

A lot more enjoyable than my days of slogging down I-40 between downtown Raleigh and RTP.

It depends, some sunday's are better than others, but generally it is not that bad.

On Sundays, your best times are from 10-noon while people are in church, and then after 4 PM or so, in my experience.
