Yes. They had to remove some track to get equipment through for construction.

I think the coaster is gonna go through that section as you can see they could have gotten the equipment to the same area by going by the slingshot.

More than likely the layout will be intertwining with Vortex. So it's easier to just remove those track pieces, install the new coaster, then re-install the Vortex pieces.

Looks like a dive coaster to me at Canada's wonderland. Track is on site already too. I hope Carowinds gets a wing, CW gets a drive, and KI gets a giga, guess we will see!
