Yes.....
Time to return to the real world I guess.
I wanted to start Summer Vacation early.

I would be ok with removing one side, Six Flags St. Louis did it with their mine train coasters. One is still operating, the other was sold to Dollywood and later Magic Springs.
Funny thing is when you think about, Carowinds will likely be removing the highest capacity ride in the park. Windseeker is the only other ride that likely has higher capacity.
Four?
Kingda Ka and Top Thrill Dragster, what's the other three?
Why redo the park when I could just go from the current. 1) Save Thunder Road and remove Dinosaurs. Oh and put Thunder Road's tunnels back. Expanded Planet Snoopy for 2016 to coincide with the movie release at Christmas. 2) Speaking of Christmas.....Peanuts' Good Grief Christmas(2015). Focusing on f...
But the Smurf Mountain coaster at KD isn't. The ride's manufactor(Arrow) says it was.
The article to me was written to play down Thunder Road's removal. "Unlike other skyscraping coasters, which use electromagnetic propulsion to launch riders like rockets from the gate, the Fury 325 carries on a century-old tradition of using a chain to haul riders up an incline, then inch them ...
In a few weeks, must of us will be riding some!
I assure you the hands up is a violation of "please keep hands, arms and feet inside the car at all times." The grab irons and hand holds are present for this reason. The park chooses not enforce the policy when hands are up in the air because they would be constantly escorting or warning ...
I can't count!
I stopped counting a few years ago, had one on ThrillNetwork but last time I went there. It was so different.
The policy is in place for the safety of everyone. Do you want to get hit in the face with a camera or phone while riding? Sure do! :sarcasm: Short of going Univerisal style, the policy seems hard to enforce. If Carowinds tossed out everyone that had their hands up on a coaster, they would be out o...
I dare guess the second one was taken by a ride op, correct? Not encouraging breaking the rules especially since this rule is for the safety of everyone but I honestly think the policy is outdated. Everyone has a camera, and almost every cycle here is someone with one out. By the way, welcome to Car...
Well Cobra does have two trains.....
I wonder if they tested them Cyclone but weren't impressed enough to buy enough to run.
Probably just a parts donor but it does make me wonder if other coasters have extra trains or just Cobra, Goldrusher and Ricochet.
Little girls prefer water to coasters sometimes. Best to enjoy the waterpark while Thunder Road is still standing cause afterwards I know how I will feel about the waterpark. Anyways, markings are all the to South Gate and a few between ticket booths and guest relations.
Ran into Wormy this afternoon, I made a statement I now regret. Last week I didn't see many markings around the waterpark. This week, they are Everywhere. From around the changing areas to lazy river and even to the wading pools.
