Save Thunder Road or keep your season passes
Watch season pass sales drop.

I am hoping for a miracle either both side of Thunder Road stay or one side does while the other gets the ads or RMC treatment.

Not by choice but I will be at Carowinds in couple hours. Would have preferred to wait until next weekend but an emergency trip to Charlotte had to made today so I figure it would make sense to swing by Carowinds afterwards. I might just ride Thunder Road the rest of the day.

By the way, I highly recommend Swamp Fox. You will hate it but just remember without the past there is no future.

I heard from a Carowinds PR in the past that Jerry Helms is the sole reason, the Dora Train is still in the park.

I would laugh my *** off if did that and trademarked it so that Carowinds couldn't use it again.

Log Flume had unrepairable leaks, the park tried several different methods but nothing seem to stick. Short of replacing the entire fiberglass flume like KI did, Log Flume was "beyond repair". At least when Log Flume was replaced, it was by an outstanding coaster.
