Hmm, interesting post there Max. I seem to be getting the sinking feeling that Canada's Wonderland got lucky...
The Courtyard will be ruined?
Less debate of Southern charm vs racism?
Loss of columns?
Is the T-Rex leaving too?
Give and take? If the park is getting bigger than there shouldn't be much if any take. Big roller coasters aint going to keep the general public coming year after year. Carowinds makes their money off of season passes, we are not and will never be Cedar Point. After 2015, another waterpark expansion...
I dont ride the flat rides very often. I like keeping my fudge and cheesesteak in my belly.
Afterburn was closed on August 7th with the train evaced on the lift.
So it could be September 1st before the first support goes up....
Steel Dragon has two chains on the lift, anyone remember why?
Most likely chain lift, B&M has never done a cable lift.
I brought RCT3 as soon as it was released but just now have a computer that can run it. My wife plays more than I do. I still prefer RCT2, 3 is too cartoony and complex with the landscape editor. Sometimes simpler is better.
Goodness, those supports look as big as the Windseeker tower.
What is this about the fence being moved? This late in the season unless they need to, wouldnt they wait until end of season to take the fence down?
Well there are an amusement park...
All this hype is what is building interest and attracting attention.
They are messing with us, KI did it last year.
I see on Carowinds.com that they are now offering SCarowinds season passes, regular season passes are still good for SCarowinds.
Two questions:
Looks like the valley is jist after the highest point?
Why would the ride purposely designed to stop in cobra roll and how?
