Oh! It lines up pretty good, I hope not but it is starting to look like a near clone.

I agree, expansion of the County Fair is needed. Just remove AFX and add the new rides next to Thunder Road. I would also like to see an third waterpark entrance in that same area. Furthermore if the waterpark expands under Thunder Road, adding trees around Thunder Road could give the ride a backwoo...
If those are the final layout which as stated may not may not be then it looks like the coaster may have inspirations from Goliath at SFOG.
Surely there is an expiration date otherwise B&M could put themselves out of business with agreements like that.
Depends on what you consider a family ride, I consider Windseeker a family ride as well aw Yoyo. Also Flyers, Flying Ace and Ricochet.
That lift hill section looks like quite a tight radius.
