I think the thought process for Ricochet was that small compact coasters are common at beachside amusement parks (a la the now defunct Pavilion and Family Kingdom). Oddly enough, Family Kingdom now was a mouse coaster and Myrtle Beach built a boardwalk, life initating Carowinds; lol.
Wasnt the Plantation House started and completed prior to the rest of the park?
