... bruised kidney and a kidney stone. This trip was far more enjoyable. I just pulled the seatbelt as tight as I could and rode in the hopes that the trim wouldn’t yank me down in my seat like last time. The first drop and few hills are still chock full of airtime, and the last run back to the station ...

I rode it Saturday and that was the first thing I noticed, no trim. It wasn't hitting at all on Saturday, for the first time in a while. I got a few rides either last SCarowinds or the previous year where it was off late in October. It was running very ...

I have only rode once where I was felt the trim brake, I doubt they just turn it off. Most likely, the train wasnt going fast enough to trip it. Example, A single rider on Ricochet will have a trimless ride through the hairpins, whereas a fully ...

While at the park yesterday (Sunday, March 31st) while riding Hurler I noticed the trim that is at the bottom of the first hill was not on. This lead to a more exciting ride due to it not being so slow while going through the course. I can't remember the last time ...

... overhyped. I think Intimidator at Carowinds threw him out back in the desert with airtime. Much better! Now if they could just take them trim brakes off I'd be a happy camper :)

... redesigning to ensure a full launch with no rollback. For I305, initially, wheels on the train required daily replacement due to overheating, and trim brakes were added to the first drop to reduce “gray-outs” experienced by guests. The track was re-profiled during the off-season. I305 has also ...

10). Carolina Cobra. (Fun for a ride or two a season, but really tough to enjoy re-rides.) 9). Hurler. (Lets face it, when that trim was added, the ride just lost it's "fun" factor.) 8 ). Ricochet. (Nice, but overrated.) 7). Carolina Cyclone. (Holds a special place in my heart ...

Great airtime, and even the trim throws you up out of your seat for some ejector air. I loved it. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7093/7340018620_d91c064518.jpg Kings Island 2012 ...

... Immelman inversion, which again is smooth and fun. There are loads of foot choppers from here on out as you hit a massive corkscrew. There is a trim between the Immelman and corkscrew, but I didn't feel it pull. After the 4 inversions hit, you have a nice airtime hill, and lots of twists and ...

... MCRB once the airtime hills are behind you and doesn't sacrifice the airtime. I've never been on Diamondback, but in my opinion, when the second trim on Intimidator is hitting, it kills the air time on the hills after it. When it doesn't hit...simply awesome.

... Enjoyed the day overall, it was comfortable until about lunch time at which our group decided to hightail it out of there for a while. Hurler's trim is confused it seems. First ride of the day it didn't fire and I had airtime and it wasn't rough either (well, as far as Hurler goes) then the ...
