... lot for me. The turns are nice and quick but chopped my neck a good bit, and the two hills parallel to the station are absolutely killed by the trim brake; no airtime at all. The first drop is incredible in the back seat, though, and the first turn is no doubt the most intense moment I have ...
Thanks Jonathan for the positive report. I've been waiting patiently for someone to come in here and restore my faith that the second trim hasn't busted our ride. It is pretty hard to decide between Carowinds and i305 when you live right in the middle though.... The trim on 305 kills it ...
Today the coaster was running great and the 2nd trim wasnt hitting at all! Was able to get 7 rides in today.... wish it would have been more of a dreary day to make a smaller crowd, but oh well. Oh and thanks anthony for the front row, it was great man!

If Goliath can run well with that one trim (it barely grabs at all if it does) then i don't see a reason why intimidator can't run with at least one trim turned off if not all of them.
I say put more on them then. I am sure there is a reason why the trims are where they are. I can almost bet that come this weekend the trims will operate different. I caught afew test runs on the cam this week and no I do not park myself on the cam for hours ...
... already crests all of its hills at a pretty slow speed anyways, for all intensive purposes it's a "float-fest" of big floaty hills. Trim's might be able to be used to turn an ejector hill into a floaty one but they certainly can't turn a floaty one into anything but a slowed down ...
I think the main purpsoe of those trims is to give more airtime, I mean I remember when Goliath was built and that was a feature of the ride, the trim that allows more air-time.
