I am assuming he meant besides the mid course brakes, those brakes have to be on the ride for there to be three trains, other than the block brakes I do not remember any trims on the animation.

^^ Don't think there'll be any trims on Intimidator. Diamondback only has one trim as far as I can remember and that was accurately shown in the animation. I'm not sure how I feel about the 2nd hill. I understand we want air time as well, ...

If Badnitrus had to model every single ride in the park for the videos it would take him forever.

It was probably left out for the sake of time and ease, just like the trim brakes on our hyper.

Just sayin.... don't take the animation so literally that the trim's kill your buzz on day 1.

... don't think it is possible to really put a damper on the enthusiasm here anyhow! The only con I see is the "second half" beyond the mid-trim brake is a little underwhelming relative to what came before it. I think a bit more between the mid-trim and the final brake would be nice. But ...

... ridden all the B&M hypers in the Americas and the only one I've experienced major slowdowns (barring the weather) was Raging Bull's horrible trim on the camelback hill. MCBR wasn't too bad. But then again, we didn't crawl back to the final brakes. I've noticed that weather ruins the ride ...

I'll second whoever said that the camel back trim on Raging Bull kills it, after that the ride screams "yeah I’m just trying to get back to the station as efficiently as possible"

... than it valleying after the MCBR (which was my original understanding). People claim that if you ride it early in the day or after it rains that trim is practically non-existant which would make the coaster even better than it already is. I dont understand why they have that trim on there so ...

^ and that trim is exactly what caused it to valley at least two times, which I saw pictures of on someone's camera during CoasterStock.

... most videos it looks like Diamondback crawls back over those hills compared to what it COULD do and most of us just would like to know why they trim it. It has something to do with B&M wanting total control and completely identical rides each time but when you start vallying mid-course thanks ...

... previous train's speed, although it would seem to me the computer could just as easily calculate it for the current train at some point before the trim / MCBR in question. I'm guessing it just varies the amount of trim braking based on how "early" or "late" the ride is in the ...

Methinks Wes rode Hurler one too many times :D MCBR's and trims in other places aren't necessarily evil. If you hit a trim really hard on many coasters, it means your ride up to that point was probably a bit faster than usual. The portion after that trim, ...
