^Me too, I think old Cyclone is wearing itself out. The loops seem to have a lot more wobbling than the used too.

GCI did an excellent job on Hurler's turn three. The ride was fun until the trim brake was reinstalled, the tirm brake kills most if not all of the airtime.

I wouldn't say a large wooden coaster but Carowinds needs a good wooden coaster. The park's best wooden coaster is 40 odd feet tall and painted purple; Hurler could be great if the trim brake is disabled and the track is kept up with fresh wood.

... was running amazing, and Blue Streak and Gemini surprise me every time I ride. Then there were those few precious, amazing, thrilling, wondrous trim free rides at nite on Magnum. If I got those all of the time, I think it be close to my #1 coaster. It ranks high now, but man do those trim free ...

... are more comfortable. Fury 325: Trees would be planted throughout the ride’s course. Hurler: GCI would continue to retrack the entire ride, the trim brake would be removed, and the trains would be replaced. The coaster would also be renamed and rethemed. Intimidator: Coaster would be repainted ...

... but I always hear about how amazing the airtime was). Was it similar to how Thunder Run is today? Better? Worse? Would topper track/removal of trims fix it? Would it create a "top four" for Carowinds? I don't expect that Hurler could ever make it into the "top four" unless ...

... Meteorite. Maybe in Southern Star's spot (I already covered where I'd put it). I would get RMC to topper track all four of Hurler's turns so the trim wouldn't be needed anymore. I'd paint Drop Tower Carolina-Blue and give it a new sign. I'm sure another dumb idea will pop into my head and I'll ...

The trims are computer controlled based on speed. While it's possible that they occasionally turn them off, I kind of doubt it. They may have just put new wheels on the trains or something so it wasn't running quite as fast as usual, so the trim didn't engage. As always I could be wrong, though.

Maybe but last time I was there Kings Dominion's actually did something other than meander the track aimlessly. Have they installed a trim on theirs? Not sure about that, I barely notice it on our Hurler. Has anyone here had a good experience on Grizzly? I don't mean to paint KD as a bad ...
