LOL! I'm not about to kill my connection by telling what it is publically. I do have to work with the park for things, haha.

I will give you two hints though.

#1: There will be four seats per car. :-)

#2: Some of you will be happy & some will be less happy, but in the end I think everyone will be glad/excited to have something of this magnitude here in our region.

Good to hear as speculated that it will be a major league coaster. But of course the curiosity remains will it be a traditional giga similar to Leviathan or some other type such as a wing coaster? Perhaps when the manufacturer is confirmed we will have a better idea. So how many seats does Leviathan have? And if B&M, you don't think they would build a big invert the year after Banshee? Or more of a Leviathan style giga? And then there were those wing coaster rumors. But perhaps a Skyrush style giga from Intamin with winged seating? I guess we still await further details as the speculation continues.

I think it'll be more like this big canadian biblical lizard (4 seats per car, we know its manufactured at 300+ Feet, Cedar Fair has installed one before, nothing like it in this region, or the entire USA):

Leviathan just seems to fit the bill to me, imo.

B&M Wing Coasters are 4 seats per train, B&M Inverts are too, although these are both less likely (though not impossible, just throwing it out there).

And IF you believe the German News Article, then its B&M. B&M 4-seaters that you'd seriously expect to be a giga... That narrows the possibilities down a bit.

Pretty much everything conceivable is four seats per car, including the new Intamin hyper trains. The only thing Josh's hint really rules out is a dive coaster.

Unless of course there was someone out there thinking we were going to see a 300 foot RMC woodie. In which case sorry. :(

I think the most important thing to take from Jarsh's post is that ultimately people will be happy with it. And that's true. I'd have rather had an intamin hyper, but we got what we got and I'm happy with that.

Come August, I expect to see people that are disappointed we didn't get exactly what they wanted, followed by opening day when everybody is happy with it.

Don't you love how I can give a hint without giving one? ;-)

This thread is gonna give me a bad bowel movement, lol. In all seriousness though... For all we know this thing could have three small hills or one big hill or zero hills. Who knows... I also wonder if the view at the top will be like Lookout Mountain where you can see for ninety+ miles away or if the heat on those eighty five degree+ days will cause a lot of hazy views. I'm hoping it'll be clear enough to be able to see the Charlotte Motor Speedway on a clear day.

Anywho... It'll be fun to see how you guys turn your train of thought around and are inclined to try and figure out eight statistics of the ride before it's announced.

This pretty much rules out a launch coaster. Thx for building up our hopes and then smashing them to pieces.

How so? Mr. Freeze from Premier has 4 seats to a car.
