You mean we're getting a hot pink kiddie coaster instead that is themed to the little pony? Yay. It's what I always wanted.

I followed him (yeah, I'm a coaster stalker) and he went over across the street from Thunder Road, down one of those side streets and pulled into a complex with a bunch of other semi's. So like I said, I think it's a false alarm. Carowinds has never hidden track that I know of before.

The track will be arriving on flat beds since the track is being made in Ohio.

Also, someone said it might be a near clone of Silver Star, I doubt it. They've (B&M) made their hypers more exciting (like with hammerheads, larger, more forceful helices). Also, they done more perfecting to their design (parabolic hills, helices, turnarounds, splashdowns). I think you guys will recieve something unique.

Silver Star is itself, a clone of Nitro at Great Adventure.

Also Diamondback and Behemoth are technically 4 across, if not all in the same row.

It looks as though Canada's Wonderland might be getting the same style ride that KD is. Apparently some supports very similar to the ones at KD are showing up at our neighbor to the North, could be the supports originally shipped to KD then packed up and shipped off again. Check out http://www.cwmania.com for some updates.

Well I was talking to one of the Carowinds workers, and he said that the news has been trickling around the staff about this coaster. He said it is for sure going to be called the Intimidator, and he's almost positive that it will be a Hyper. y'all have obviously already established this, but I thought I would just throw my opinion in as well. :]

Well those white building (right near the season pass processing) have been there a while. I remember @ C3 a couple years ago I walked by them and they had the effects for scarowinds in them and they were being painted etc. I dont know if they keep scarowinds stuff stored in them all year or what, but thats what they were used for in the past....

Cedar Fair Parks will not buy rides from "other" Cedar Fair parks since it is the same company, they will simply be moved. The company wants to get rid of this ride once and for all.

Chaos opened at Cedar Point in 1997 and has suffered problems that all the Chaos' have had. I'm surprised it has lasted this long. Valleyfair put a Chaos in in 1997 as well, but since they are looking to sell that park, I wouldn't be surprised if they choose to hold off on selling it right now.
