Carowindsman6654 needs to check some of his/her sources because Simon and Watson is not the General contractor. I have a friend of a friend who works for Hendricks Construction and they are the real General contractor. They also build the Carolina Cobra last year. I looks like the old flume hill is completely gone now and there were two drilling rigs out there today. The skytower is a great place to keep an eye on things.

Wrong. Simon & Watson IS the general contractor. It was even on plans-online.com's website when it was still up there. Sign up on Datafax (it's free) and put "coaster" in the search feature for North Carolina. It's all there.

Sorry, but I'm positive its Hendricks in Charlotte.

Hendrick's built Cobra, it is even on their website but I remember seeing Simon & Watson listed somewhere. However, I don't believe a sign can be agrued with. Is it possible that one of them is a subcontractor, or that both are working on the new coaster(suggestion not question).

Like I said, look on DataFax seeing how none of you believe me. Hendrick's is probably building the new employee lot or is also involved with this new coaster. Simon & Watson is the main general contractor though.

*sigh* I guess we might get some details from the sign that Wormy posts tomorrow.

S&W could be the subcontractors. Both the General Contractor and the Subcontractor have the plans for the coaster giving S&W the ability to post it online. If there is a sign for Hendricks, that would be my guess as to who the actual GC is...

Or Simon & Watson decided not to put up their sign yet or at all. We can go back and forth all night long. I don't even know why were arguing over this though. One, the other, or both are building this new coaster and that's all that matters.
