The 2016 ACE Southeast Carolina Coaster Classic is planned for Saturday, August 27. We have reverted back to the original name because that was the name Max gave to this event when he created it eons ago. It's his baby, and it forever will be. We will still have the Max Cannon Memorial Lap on Intimidator to honor his memory.

It'll be the same as always. Dry rides. We did settle on a date that Carolina Harbor would still be open so attendees can attend and check it out for themselves if they choose, but there will be no ERT in the waterpark.

We're in the final stages of planning the event (just waiting on the price) so it won't be long now! I will say that we managed to get a fantastic schedule complete with riding (and sliding!) for everyone in attendance. Hopefully we can get a price and the get the event flyer completed by the end of this week.

So sad I can't make it- it's 3 days after I leave for MIT to lead orientation. Last year's event was probably the best day of my summer (though also the saddest because of TR) so I hope I can go next year!
