Regardless of what is added, I think the Crossroads area of the park is in desperate need of a path being cut into it from County Fair behind Boo Blasters. A path there woudn't have to take up coaster construction space either because paths go under coasters all the time. We have several examples of that already in Carowinds. Foot traffic flow in that area has been a desperate need for DECADES.

Honestly I’m like 95% sure that’s what’s going to happen and why Dodg’ems is rumored to be going away. The current entrance into the Crossroads section is stuck between Chick Fil-A and Boo Blasters. The County Fair midway is one of the most traversed sections of the park. Opening a path directly from that would make it less of a dead-end corner and incorporate into the overall “loop” of the park.

Opening up that path would also naturally provide more traffic to Afterburn. Unless you come in the South Gate, you could experience an entire day at the park and never know Afterburn exists. (Granted the people that matter know but you get my drift.) I think this is why Planets v Zombies isn't more popular. My daughter asked her friends at school about it one time and NONE OF THEM had even heard of it and they have been to Carowinds each of the last few years. Basically, out-of-sight, out-of-mind.

Dead-ends are horrible and Crossroads is a dead-end section of the park (only saved by the addition of that path from the South Gate under Afterburn.) This is why I also hate the Gotham area of SFoG. Since they closed their back gate, they could have figured out a way to put a way to interconnect Gotham with the old back gate area. Who knows, maybe they eventually will and add a parking lot coaster next to Gold Town Racers. I'd have rather them left the back gate open. But, that's a topic for another forum...

^^^ Yep, more trees have been removed as well as some concrete being demolished.

I know it's way too early for this but nothing better to do.....nothing new on Mosley's site, looks like they haven't built anything since Fury....I know it's wishful thinking that they would give us an Easter egg but you never know....
