Drove around the park this morning, and I spotted Yukon Cornelius mushing through the parking lot.

Nuthin'.

At this point, I find Davidtmp's deviled eggs as credible a source as any.

The track wasn't delivered to the wrong park. The crane wouldn't have been there to unload the pieces if that was the case. What are the odds of the pieces and crane showing up at the wrong park? Exactly.

I'm reading this stuff on these sites about the KD coaster with much amusement. Folks are bouncing all over the planet with various theories and conspiracies; my favorite being; "the park is playin with us". Folks, it's not that sinister and complex. If those parts were unloaded and then reloaded, the only mistake that was made was in the fabrication, not the delivery location. If the parts stopped shipping days ago it means they caught the mistake and are now in the correction mode. No way will this ultimately be the Carowinds coaster or belong to anybody else. Now back to Charlotte, where our non-Dominion coaster pieces should start arriving very soon now, judging from the cleared off area in the back of the park.

OK on the Containers. The Steamship lines only give you 3 days to Pick them up out of the ports. Then once you have them, You only get 3 days to return them to the ports. Are they charge you a Demurge most times it's $150.00 a day per Container. also these Containers Could have come in to Doswell from NJ are even as far south as Savannah. but I would say Norfolk.

More like Hapag Lloyd... that was the brand of the shipping container on the truck... that's where the pieces are right now, unless they've been unloaded somewhere..... :?

^Actually, the lookup I did when these containers first arrived at KD showed that they were leased by Hapag-Lloyd - the containers themselves were branded with the Trans-Oceanic logo. I had to do a container search using the container number on the side to find out the company that leased the containers. The last tracking of that container was from Bremerhaven, Germany and it was unloaded at Norfolk, and one day later was returned to Norfolk empty. That's all I could find.

Hey everyone,
New here, been lurking around for awhile but seeing as how things are heating up thought i'd finally join in!

Anyway, with regards to the shipments coming from Germany. Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't Intamin a Swiss company? If the parts for Intamin are manufactured in Switzerland isn't it possible that the parts are shipped from a German port seeing as how Switzerland is a land locked country?

They would most likely ship them from France. The Bay of Biscay is directly located on the Atlantic Ocean towards the US... and it's closer to Wollerau.
