23 million for this wow CF got suckerd again, I've seen stuff designed in the original RCT that looks better then this.

But I wont rain anymore on your parade something is better then nothing

Well I am ecstatic about this ride and can't believe we are finally getting what we have always dreamed of having. And to "Intaminfreak", why are you even on this board in the first place? If you don't like it, then leave! As for me, I am grateful that CF is giving us an awesome coaster with an awesome theme. This right here will put Carowinds on the map and I see big things in our future!

are you nuts? B&M is not POS whatsoever. this new ride will be incredible, better than I305 imo. and KD is my home park, too. how many B&M's have you ridden, intaminfreak? i've been on:

B&M standard sit down looping
B&M hyper
B&M flying
B&M inverted
B&M standup
B&M floorless
B&M dive coaster

and ALL were incredible.

just ignore it.... don't feed it and it will eventually go away... and whatever you do, do not look it in the eyes! There is nothing worse than a fanboy troll high on anonymity and jealousy of another park's new ride.

I wasn't sure about the world so I just put the United States.

Wait! What other hyper has a second hill like that, a turnaround like that, a dive turn (or whatever) like that? Yeah, that's what I thought! 8)

After taking some time to digest things, check out the videos, etc....

Color me VERY impressed. It looks to have some very good airtime hills, and some very interesting twists 'n' turns. The second hill into curved dive looks great, and I think the turnaround should be quite good as well. Note the multiple banking changes going in and out of there. What should be very good airtime hills follow, then comes the midcourse brake run. IF the train doesn't get trimmed too hard here I think the diving spiral could be quite good. That rise into the brake run looks like it should finish the ride with a nice pop of air.

And Mr. Troll, you're trying way too hard.

I confused. Where is the parking deck?

 It got cancelled. Look, no parking lot underneath the coaster. Taller and longer than Diamondback. :D

Diamondback has longer first drop, faster speed, more drops, taller second drop, shorter third drop, but following drops are taller, more pph, hammer head, splashdown, more broing layout.

Intimidator is taller, taller second drop, sweet second drop, cool dive sprial, no splashdown (but, when does Nascar run is the rain).

But, Intimidator has a MUCH cooler layout, plus the themeing is cool. This is not a typical B&M hyper. Plus, the trains look really cool.

I'm glad you analyzed that for me. I'm too lazy. I agree with your points too. :)

Cuz Intamin mixes it up so much. Ya know... with those mega-lites that are clones, and the Ride of Steel coasters at SFA and Darien Lake, which are clones. And TTD and Kingda Ka. And the I305 which virtually everyone has described as a mega-lite meets Maverick.

If you want to say B&M hasn't pushed the limits in terms of height records and speed records... fair enough. But saying they use the same "cookie cutter elements" as if that isn't true of almost every coaster manufacturer... that's laughable. Hyper coasters are hills, turns, and helixes. They don't feature top hats, or inversions. The only difference between Intamin and B&M is that Intamin tends to place more directional changes between each hill, whereas B&M tends to place their air-time hills in succession, two or three at a time.

Personally, I think Intimidator looks fantastic. Diamondback is such an amazing coaster, I can't imagine this won't be as well. I love the falling/rising helix combo at the very end of this ride. Also love the twisting second drop. Would have liked to have seen one more air-time hill after the strangely late-placed MCBR, but this looks like a definite winner.

Oh god please don't tell me this is another TPR and you can't have your own opinion around here either. I'm not a follower and I'm not going to agree with everyone else or bite my tongue just to please the masses and fit in.

Far as jealous I'm not jealous my home park has 4  plus I've ridden them all over this country, I have nothing to be jealous about. I'm glad your getting a new toy something I most likely will ride next time i'm out there for a family visit even though Top gun well still be my favorite in the park.

I'm also not calling B&M rides POS far as maintence nightmares or rough rides, I'm saying their layouts are POS b/c it's the same plug n play elements on every one of their coasters. They never try anything outside of the box and it's getting so boring with them, and for the price they charge their coasters should make you say WOW which they don't IMO.

Timmy looks great. Very impressed with the layout. Seems like some unique elements from B&M on this ride. And the rise to the break run, thought that was an Intamin thing? It don't have the B&M dip on the lift hill either.
