Intimidator with no trims in the rain?!!!! The coaster gods has smiled upon me today!!!

OMG Panda Express may just get my presence even more. They are way too many options now. I see why lines could be long I pondered for at least 3 mins lol. The grill teriyaki chicken breast and walnut shrimp were wonderful. I was stuffed.

Drop tower is looking awesome almost damn near new. No grease/oil build up on the brakes and not just the tower was painted the whole staton and sign was refurbished. Good job Carowinds.

I hope they leave the trims on hurler off, seems like they are usally off at the beginning of the season and end up on later on, maybe when it gets hotter? Rode on SP night and it was actually not bad. Went back today but spendt some time with my girlfriends son so didnt get to ride any big coasters or anything. Hopefully electro spin will open up soon, really wanted to try it. I did get a video of a test run, never saw it run again after this Friday or today,....

I rode Intimidator 3 times over the last three days and no trims on any ride. It made me remember how great this ride could be. Loved it!

Speaking of hot weather and trim brakes - I was watching POV's on youtube and I watched an intimidator pov that looked so much faster than some of the other ones. At the top of the lift hill, there was not an open space in the entire parking lot. It looked hot and the park must have been packed. I asked the poster when it was filmed they said July and it was very hot that day. I notice in most POV's once intimidator hits the MCBR it slows down SO MUCH more before dropping and going into that helix (more so than other B&M hypers), but in this particular video, that was NOT the case, it just came up and went over the MCBR hardly slowing at all.

Speaking of public POV videos, what's it going to take to get people to stop using electronic devices on rides? Have any of you noticed what seems to be an increase in on-ride phone usage?
