Well, as the job in Florida keeps getting pushed back I will be doing Scarowinds one day this weekend. Once I get to Florida it's B.G., Universal and I hope their haunt. Time is a tickn'

2016 unexpectedly turned out to be a great year for me. Some of these trips came up almost last minute. Here are my list of 'parks' for 2016:

Then I'm done for the year as I divert money to renovating my house.

Next year will be a decidedly light travel year since we're in the planning stages for Japan in September. Otherwise it'll likely only be local regional parks like Carowinds and SFoG and the VA parks.

This is a cool thread. My life is pretty lame compared to some of you, but not bad for a college student with no driver's license/car. This year I did:

Six Flags Over Texas
Six Flags Fiesta Texas
Six Flags St. Louis
Dollywood
Carowinds

(All new for me except for Carowinds of course)

I'm not really a big Six Flags fanboy or anything, but it would seem like it since they're almost the only parks I've done in the past 2 years, haha. They just ended up being really convenient this summer (My dad lives near Dallas; I worked near Austin but my friend was taking a short trip to San Antonio; my second job was in St. Louis. Would've been cool to take a trip to Silver Dollar City but we didn't have enough time off and not sure we could've gotten a car)

Hope to go to SFNE at some point after I get back to school
Slightly possible I'll get to Lake Compounce this season

I've only been to SeaWorld Orlando & Busch Gardens Tampa...my home parks. I'll be going back To both before the year is out. I'll venture out more next year hopefully.

I'd love to but I doubt I'll be able to convince my parents to let their (by-that-point-16-year-old) to go back to Pigeon Forge again. Plus I'm (unfortunately) not an ACE member at the moment and we've already got rooms booked for October.

Though an hour of ERT on that beast in the night sounds glorious!
