Hey everyone!
I didn't get a seasons pass this year because I'm a college kid so I'm only home for a bit in the summer (Honestly I regret it, and I'll probably get a pass next season)
I really want to go by myself sometime later this summer. Would you recommend I get an after 4PM ticket, or just a regular ticket? I already went once in June for a full day.
Any other tips for a day alone at the parks? Is it awkward?

I would suggest getting an all day pass. If this is your one visit for the year, make it count!
If you can, go on a weekday, Monday through Thursday, for the shortest lines. The earlier in the week, the better. You should have a station wait at most on everything except Nighthawk and Ricochet.
You can get the dining plan for the day for only $29.99. It gives you a meal or snack every 90 minutes. It's a great opportunity to try a bunch of different things throughout the park, even if only a few bites.

I already went earlier in June and got to ride everything! Plus it was a date so it was extra fun, and totally counted. I'm defs planning on going on a weekday. I'm vegetarian too so I'm not sure if the meal plan would be that worth it for me, I'd be eating fries and cheese pizza at most locations  I'll still consider an all-day ticket, though! After 4 is definitely better on my budget, plus lines tend to die down later in the day anyways.

Oh, cool. Yeah, then maybe after 4 could work. Also, you can nix that all day meal plan. ha. If you're willing to wait till post announcement, you can probably get a deal for a 2019 season pass that also includes one free ticket for this year.

Pros to that:
They allow a 6 month, everyone is approved, payment plan at no extra fees or cost.
This will be the cheapest the 2019 season pass will ever be. The best deal is always the first, and it progressively goes up as they get closer to the season.
Cons:
Parking is not included. It'll cost $20, I think.

This is only if they continue to run the same special as years past, so anything can change. :D

Woah, seriously? Parking won't be included in the gold pass? That's literally the best perk!! (Besides free SCarowinds..) But yeah maybe I'll do the monthly payment thing, it's super affordable that way. Thanks for the tips!

Parking for 2018 won't be included but 2019 will be as technically the season pass would be for 2019. That is, if they do the same as past years. This is exactly what we did last fall.
