I still think that if the "berries" are 3255 feet of track, the "sugar" is the energy being added to the mix. What exactly is being measured and the type of units 530 refers to I don't know, but the horsepower of each launch motor or the watts of electricity used to run the ride are two possibilities.
Either that, or sugar is sweet and what makes people excited, so it's adding 530 ft of inverted track, or the length of a signature element, to the 3255ft of "regular" track to "sweeten" the ride. Inverted is possible, but the blueprint doesn't show anything in the layout that looks like something to be highlighted on it's own.
Or, it has nothing to do with the coaster, and is about the side projects, like the footprint size of the fliers.
