It's a shame the couldn't do this to Hurler first.

Honestly I think hurler is in pretty bad shape. My guess is it want be around for much longer. Also that side of the park also seems to be a ghost town. I would love to see them remove hurler and add a new woodie or steel, or even expand the area some. Anyways back to the topic at hand.

Just came back from eating across from Carowinds. 2 Large 18 wheelers were pulling in the "main" entrance. I decided to follow them. At that point Carowinds security "whipped" across the parking lot (2 cars to be exact) and led the large trucks behind the Season Pass lot in an hurriede fashion. That is where I lost them. These trucks were definately large enough to contain track pieces. BTW.....did notice that the fenced in area has been redone near the entrance where the "dirt" trucks have been entering and exiting. Looks tyo be larger.

Sorry, can't post the pic here at work. I haven't really noticed where they have starting molding the splash area on the site though. I still think they will put one in though.
And yes, I know it could be for drainage in general.

Did they have flatbed or shipping containers attached on back? If not, then it wouldn't be track pieces or supports.

They were large blue trucks that had large covered containers large enough for track. I wanted to get a picture from the blackberry, however, CW security moved me away. Could be something or even nothing. Did you look over by the campground?
