Thanks for the nice greetings. Also much thanks to P2P for the awesome pictures just posted. I guess I will post fairly regular from now on since I do check in with this thing daily. I have a question? How do I pick on post and respond just to that post? As for Tinkerdog, I hope I am still into all of this at that age. My only change since I have gotten older as opposed to when I was 20 is that I am not into the tall drop rides anymore as the height thing gets to me. This is no way been a problem with my coaster riding. I have been to CP three times and Dragster and MF were no problem. As for the GoldRusher, I think it is one of the smoothest mine trains coasters around. Looking at the layout and the extend of the fence line, I would really not be surprised it it was over 5000.' I guess a part of me is still in the 'we are a medium sized park and we are gonna get shafted' mind set but the more I see the more I am thinking we ARE gonna get a real gem here:) As for the bridge deal, I will have to say that I feel that if it were gonna go under the bridge there would have to have been survey work already so I have ruled that one out but I do agree it would be much better than a splash down which is more for the viewer and the scenery (is NightHawk not beautiful to LOOK at this year?) and not the rider. I envisioned a zoom under the bridge and then a Raging Bull (SFGA) style turnaround over the rapids and then back under the bridge again to the station. Oh well. As for JamminJ, you should see the parks I have marked on GE (Google Earth). It is all that Duane has listed and a couple of hundred more that he does not yet have listed. Mostly in India, Russia and China. They are not listed due to lack of info mainly and the ones I do have the facts and research on, he has not gotten to them yet. GE is getting better and better so it is getting easier to find the info. And John 43221, awesome job except is does appear this thing will be even longer than just to the edge of the south great. I was thinking the same turnaround area as you have until more recently.
