For one thing, they are not cops. They are Security Gaurds. They can not arrest you but they can detain you, and even worse they can escort you from the property, and make it where you can't come back. They can also call the cops and have them arrest you. If Carowinds Security says not to do it, then don't do it. It isn't worth it, if you are banned from Carowinds, Dani can't help you!

I wouldn't be concerned about it then. They can't do anything if you weren't in an off-limits area. It's probably just for future reference in case they do catch you back there.

You exactly right. My advice is dont mess around with anything and go backstage. Stay at the skytower and you'll be fine.

Thanks for posting that, Patrick. Nice to meet you. Sure was um, interesting, to get some feedback from the security community.

Specifically, they want to keep us out of two areas: the backstage area is considered past the bathrooms on the pavilion trail, and the line of orange cones by South Gate marks the off-limits area there.

Our info was taken to be used against us if there are any future "violations" from either one of us, which of course there won't be. Now we all know.

Anyway, Patrick and I had decided to split up the update:

Wormy = Skytower and miscellaneous junk.
Patrick = The parking lot.

Patrick, if you're not comfortable with posting your pics, I understand. Most of you will see it in couple of days anyway. Suffice it to say that there is so much footerage out there that I lost count.

I'll post my 385th Skytower shot later.
