They will likely just cover up the pavement with dirt and plant shrubbery around in areas.... they have a mountain of dirt they hauled out somewhere... just as easy to haul in back when just about finished!

Hell, they already do that in the construction site where the log flume was, and where the pavement has been torn up by wear from these vehicles. Second, why would they build footers to then come back and have to tear up the pavement around them? It would be impractical to hire a crew to meticulously cut around footers that could potentially be damaged, than to have just pulled up the pavement in the first place, then built the footers. Either they are going to put dirt over top of the pavement, or leave it as is. At this point, ripping up the pavement really isn't an option.
