I thought it had to do with the origins of racing. Not Dale Earndhardt. I was just saying if this is another Intimidator, the stuff about lightning striking twice on the box has a whole new meaning.

I still think Jarvis is correct! Like Jonathan said nothing in the article says anything that would dismiss white lighting!
There is nothing that annoys me more than fanboys.

Reading the KD boards today, some of the comments are pretty disturbing. Basically anyone who is negative about their new coaster is being lashed out at and attacked. That's not the way it is going to be here. I expect that when the ride is announced there will be a wide variety of opinions, and we are not going to tolerate anyone being attacked for their opinion, whether it be positive or negative. Not that I am saying that anyone here would do that. I will re-iterate this next week closer to the announcement.

Yea if the coaster was in Miami! I understand why they used it but to me it sounds to cheesy! I believe the only reason they used the 305 was to add dales logo into the theme somehow! I dont think it was just purely because of the height!
mxpro wrote:A 305 is a chevy engine. So Im willing to bet that the height of the ride was preplanned to match 305 for the racing fans. Although nascar uses 358's, cedar fair isnt that nice... Heres to hoping we get "White Ligntnin 427"!
