I haven't seen it in person, but I have seen numerous pictures of it, and I would have to say absolutely. Also in a interview posted a few pages ago Dani herself said the container is big enough "a car" could roll out.

Exact quote

Swords says, "We've also got a boxcar that's sitting on one of our stages in front of the park, that could fit something huge like a car or something."

While I agree that this won't be a giga, I disagree with your reasoning. There's a first time for everything. As has been stated before... there was a time when B&M didn't do dive coasters, flyers and inverts, you know.

Do you honestly believe B&M would go from 239' 6" to over 300'? No. Also, B&M will design anything the customer want, under two conditions: 1. They can design it to where it will perform like all of their other coasters (be smooth, reliable, etc.), and 2. the customer is willing to pay enough money for it. I'm sure that if a company had enough money, B&M would take time and time and more time to get a 300' coaster the way thyey wanted it, and knew it would work. But, that would be a lot of money.

On a side note, after talking with a security officer to verify that “past the orange cones” was indeed off limits. To which I replied I was ok with. I never did go past the cones. As I was driving out of the parking lot, I was pulled over (Lights & Sirens) by two security cars because I “matched a description of someone that jumped a fence earlier in the day.” :?:

It looks like they're on top of where the support attaches to the rebar. :? Odd how it's only on that one footer. Oh and those are some BIG footers in the parking lot.

Kings Dominion gets a new Giga called..... Intimidator 305...

and at Carowinds, the tease has been "Lightning strikes twice!"......

and the Invite has the number 15 on it.. so...............

anybody want to bet the full name of the Carowinds HyperCoaster will be.....

"The Intimidator 215" ??

KD's invite says 15 because it's their 15th coaster. Carowinds invite says 13 because it's their 13th coaster.

Ok... I'll change that to The Intimidator 213........

I'm confused.

A. You just reinforced my point.
B. You contradicted yourself by saying that B&M would NOT build a giga, but then saying that they would for the right amount of money and time. So which is it?

Kings Dominion is getting a intiman (ya i know thats spelled wrong sorry) and Carowinds is getting a B&M. I have found out all hope is lost for Carowinds' coaster being as tall as King Dominions' since B&M doesn't make gigas. That is until I thought of something. Maybe the record breaking and history making will mean the first B&M to exceed 300 ft

do I think B&M will go from 239 to 300+, yes. Its not physically for B&M to not do anything they wanna do its a matter of not doing it yet...

Well wasn't Superman ROS SFNE Intamin tallest hypercoaster built before they built MF@CP?

Imo I think we would see an 300 foot B&M drop before we would see a 300 foot tall B&M it's just to expense and the supports they use would have to be massive, that's one of the main reason I've heard why we won't see a B&M over 250 feet.

They only way I think we would even see a 300 foot drop on a B&M is in a park with terrain like SFMM they could start out on top of the mountain say a 250 foot lift and then drop into a tunnel at the bottom of the mountain to total 300 ft. Like they say though money talks and BS walks i'm sure if Disney or Busch wanted a B&M giga they'd have no problem coughing up the insane cash B&M would request for one.

If KI spent 22mill on Diamondback and got 230 foot tall lift and Carowinds is spending 24 mill on White Lightning then I don't see this coaster being no more then 235 feet tall max, I'm sure 2 million more dollars doesn't get much more out of B&M heck that extra 2 mill could just mean higher construction cost in NC/SC compared to OH who knows.
