I am new to the thread and the site, so please bear with me if I say anything that has already been said. The other night I was drumming up info for the new Carowinds ride before the release date and got curious about the inclusion of Morgantown, WV, which is where I grew up. Turns out, after a little work, that the COO of CF, (I believe Jacob Falfas) is an alumni of West Virginia University....also that whyte lightning, spelled white lightning, is a type of moonshine...that explains the growler jug. Urban legend has that it verges on being 200 proof and is pure grain alcohol.....just my two cents and sorry again if any of this has been mentioned....

There's no urban legend about it. People still distill this stuff all up and down the mountains. There are even a few guys in my neck of the woods that still go to Tennessee and get it from friends and family that have been brewing this stuff for generations. Let me tell you, it burns like fire going down and gets you pretty damn drunk.

^There is not much new to report.
The webcam shows the standard overhead shot.
Everything else (including the track) is off limits. So that leaves the Carowinds facebook to really get good pics of the construction and track.

I think the ride is just so perfect that none of us have anything to critique or discuss. It really looks like it's going to be one of the best (if not the best) B&M hyper around.
