I meant, in what order are the pieces installed after these current pieces. I don't care about the station at all.

I think so. Well Led Zepplin @ Hard Rock Park (I know its not a hyper) didnt. The very bottom of the lift was installed first and the brakes, but it seems like the brakerun/ station is usually first... I would assume this would have to do with having to get all the brakes setup to work and the station house built...

Diamondback started with brakerun, transfer track, traint storage, and station track. Then, they did the bottom of the first drop and second hill. Then, they did the lift hill and first drop, and then in sequence of the ride for the most part.

This isn't true at all. The actual station probably won't be started for quite a while. The station/brakes/transfer area/storage sheds are always the first pieces installed as they are the most 'technical.' Then will come the lift. After that its tough to say.

Wow they got quite a bit accomplished today. Cant wait to see what they achieve tomorrow. I would think that by the end of the week the entire brake run and most of the transfer will be up... :D

I totally did not expect it to start going up this fast. I predict we see track 232 feet up before December! This whole thing makes me feel giddy, considering how long I've been frequenting this park waiting for this moment to happen.

I'm going to laugh when the first train of riders pulls into the station on opening day with tears in their eyes, crying with joy from the perfection that is our Intimidator.

We finally have something to discuss post-announcement.

Construction seems to go pretty fast on coasters. I agree that we will see track fully erected 232ft up by December (if not before....) I think I see a new guessing game coming on...

So we went from 'OHH NO they are going so slow' to 'Holy Toledo they are putting that coaster up fast.' I am sometime just amazed at how the tide turns on here.

It is great to see a new Steel Machine come to life I will admit.
