I see your point... In both cases it followed somewhat of a pattern...two family ones and one big one. In the first pattern it was new extremely small one, one major one, and another family one (only to be taken out a few years later). In the second wave it was a new family/kid one, another family/kid one, and finally a relocated big one (so no major investment). In both cases the family ones were extremely small investments compared to recently. Yes Cobra is relocated but think about how much money went into installing all new operating systems and a new train never used in the US. That's a pretty decent investment. Then now you have Intimidator, which is the largest investment in the Carowinds history. Both Cobra and Intimidator are Major Rides, where as the family ones necessarily weren't. IF we were to get another coaster for 2011, I would expect it to be a family/kiddie one for the reason I have laid out. I'm not trying to be a pessimist, but more realistic given all the variables. I just don't want to get my hopes all set up for something major only to have them thrashed for something lesser. I would much rather set my hopes low and get a heart attack when I find out we got another MAJOR ride.
Sorry about the misspelling...God I just can't get it together today.
In good news though, the "housing" for the line is done. It looks like there is a line of bushes next to the exit line. What are all of those white squares next to the exit line? And is anyone else having issues with the webcam? Its like it keeps trying to go in and out. I wonder when the other webcams will come on line, aren't there supposed to be more coming along kinda like at Cedar point?
