So what's in these big boxes?? Giant chocolate bars? (We wish!) Ikea shelving? Haha they are the right size but no. They "hold parts for Carowinds tv, screens will be throughout the park."
I am all for any improvements the park makes, this one is a little out there. My guess is they will be running promotions and specials on them and market more stuff to guests and eventually a teaser for the upcoming coaster.
Well it will be easier for them to remind guests of certain events like the shows start times etc instead of announcing them of intercoms etc. It may turn out to be quite useful. I can think of alot of possibilities for the usefulness of it.

what would be nice is if Carowinds had a broadcast location set up at carowinds and guests can be on tv around the park. They can have contests etc on there. I think that would really be cool.
300 ft. Wing. I am the coaster prophet. But your guys estimation of a wing includes Vortex and Little Timmy. Somebody realize this for the love of God.
As much as I would love to see a 300 ft. tall wing I doubt it because why would Cedar Fair just open a world record breaking wing coaster at CP and just completely ruin gatekeeper's reputation by making a bigger one at one of their own parks . To me it just wouldn't make sense of why Cedar Fair would do that to one of their own parks.
