That audio interview mentioned that the Ripcord would provide Entertainment for diners at Harmony Hall that sit at the "patio".

So, I would imagine the space on either side of Harmony Hall may be turned into outdoor seating.

Well as I'm walking out of the park snoopy's starlight is definitely in action. They just replaced the LED Christmas looking lights with new LED spot lights the shine up the tree and do the different lighting effects to the music playing.

I got out there around 4:30pm thinking it would've died down due to joyfest, I was so mistaken and quickly got overit. I saw the lines for afterburn and Intimidator and even hurler, drop zone, and screamweaver, I just grabbed food and enjoyed the people until about 6 when the church buses and families who've been there all day were pulling out. It was good seeing the park so lively and full of people though. It almost made me feel like I as at a destination park versus a regional park. It also made me realize why I stopped coming on weekends. Just think this time next year it'll be "Centurion", Intimidator and Afterburn and Nighthawk with long lines.

I was at the park until 6:15. It was pretty busy...lines were getting pretty long...
Some random comments:
the seat belts on Intimidator didn't seem to make much of an effect on the wait time, in my opinion
Hurler's first turn was lightyears better than previously
Ripcord is certainly benefiting from the relocation
the new slides still aren't finished >:(

In line for Afterburn, shockingly the lines are shorter than expected. Pieces for surfer's swell are starting to be installed.
UPDATE: Also... while riding Hurler I noticed a few small holes in front of the spray-painted markings Jonathan photographed a few weeks ago. Sadly I can't get a good photo due to my phone's camera abilities.

Funnel cake emporium looks like it could open any day now and I wouldn't be surprised to see it open within a week or so, there is still plenty of work left to do on the slides, hopefully they will be finished by the time Harmony hall opens (my guess would be in three weeks) And nothing really to say about the project that we're all the most excited about aside from it looks like they've hauled off some of the tires around the go-kart track.

I noticed from the webcam that they have started working in the dirt patch beside harmony hall...I only hope they put in some trees or something nice for shade...not just another patch of concrete

I went to Dollywood yesterday and it seemed like everything was built on top of each other. With all the trees around it was beautiful. I now see the importance of trees and shade. Wild Eagle was down and rode mostly kiddie rides but I so want to go back.

That's where I was most of the day (Nighthawk photo).

That coaster always has long lines that move slowly. Not worth it; not a good ride. And I don't like the way the seats recline and have you lying down. I like most types of coasters, but not that one. I wish they would remove it and replace it with a new coaster of some sort.

I always see comments like yours about Nighthawk or Firehawk, and then I see comments that say the opposite. I guess either you love it or hate it. It's a pretty coaster. It looks like it would be really cool to ride it at night, but I wouldn't wait 2 hours to ride it.
