Hey, not to get too off topic, but any updates on the Toll Plaza? or the new road? I would imagine that the Cedar Fair wants all of that done first before anything. To get it done before Scarowinds starts. Would it be possible? I mean, I have no idea how much work has been done out there.

(kind of off topic) my brother is currently one of the workers working on the new toll plaza, from what he told me the contruction going by pretty slow

The biggest hint of all.. every teaser doesn't have to mean something. They could mean nothing, or something else entirely from what it's hinting at. Those of you saying launched giga need to pump the brakes a bit.

And for anyone wondering about the progress of the toll plaza, you should really check out Wormy's update from yesterday. (hint: the links are important) viewtopic.php?p=58510#p58510

Yeah, sure we know now that B&M is willing to do a launch, but you have to factor in things. Like how much it costs to fabricate a launch. Look at Thunderbird; 22 million for what would be considered a rather short ride. Why so much? The LSM launch. To have a launch PLUS the crazy length we already basically know we're getting on this coaster would have to be an outrageous sum.

All I'm saying is, don't hold your breath on a launched giga wing. It isn't gonna happen.

This! :D

If our budget is $30 million, and Thunderbird (at half of our coaster's length) is $22 million, I find it unlikely that the park would build a launched giga.

Took a stroll on the Hurler tonight as well.. The transfer track will be next to Hurler, in the area of the white truck on the top page of this site. I doubt its a launch, the footer layout looks more traditional and similar to Intimidator.. Julie, we know you're here... "lightning teasers"... not funny...

If that's true, then there's a narrow lift hill for the coaster. Could we be looking at a 380+ foot coaster? I know it sounds a bit ridiculous.
