I will not be able to come to C3 this year, (although I would love to) But I have already made plans to come to the Winter Warm up. That is if that date isn't changed or anything like that.

Guys I'm a little off. I'm not in ACE. Can I still come? When is it? Isn't there like a fee to come to the event and get ERT and stuff? Please help me and give a simple explanation.

You do not have to be an ACE Member but you must be a guest of an ACE Member
The cost is $35 if you have a season pass and $70 if you don't. But you only have 2 days left to register online.

I hadn't planned on it but it's not a bad idea. I work until 7 Friday night but I'll post back if I change my mind and camp there Friday and Saturday night. I just checked and they still have sites available.

If I get lucky my iPhone 6+ will come in the day before this so I might get some of the first roller coaster pictures taken with one at the event Looking forward to this, this is my first ACE event, and Im bringing some of my friends so I know I will have a good time.

It's not much, but I got the okay from Jarsh to give these out at registration Saturday morning, to anyone who wants one. No charge of course. It's the July issue of Our State magazine, with Thunder Road on the cover. The article about it is pretty bad honestly, but at least Uncle Jerry gets a mention!

Schedule lock down should happen today and the final confirmation email should be sent to all attendees tonight. Check-in will be at the Comfort Inn at Carowinds (across the parking lot from the park) from 8:00a - 8:45a and the park is opening the parking lot gate at 9:15a. Since ERT starts at 9:30a, it's gonna be a sprint to get from the parking gate to the front gate and into the park to ride so PLEASE be on time and lined up at the parking gate at 9:15a ready to enter the parking lot.

Surprisingly for an event without that much ERT, Saturday is gonna be jammed packed with stuff!
