I've been on Leviathan and Banshee. The trims on Leviathan are silent and they cannot be felt unless you're really concentrating on them. Banshee has a trim just after the zero-g roll but I've yet to have a ride where the trim has been activated. I wouldn't worry about the trim too much.
The one aspect of Fury 325 that I really like is that it focuses all on speed during the first half of the ride. My only gripe with Leviathan is that is loses quite a bit of speed after the first big camelback hill. Fury 325 is going to provide a better sensation of speed for a longer portion of the course and then switch to airtime at the end when the ride is slowing down, which will provide a much better experience IMO.
