Hey guys had a question or two. So my marketing class has been split into groups to do a marketing plan and advertise a new product and my group (meaning me lol) chose Carowinds and Fury 325. So I have to make a power point and stuff and I was going to show the announcement video and everything but wanted to know where I could find the noise it makes when the green hexagon shows up. I'm not even sure what to call the noise but I'd like to have some help, it would be a cool sound effect to play when moving to the next slide. Also, we have to dress appropriately so we wanted to do matching Fury shirts. Anyone think they will be available online anywhere in the near future?

Also want to add, I'm stoked to get to do this project of Fury. I'm very passionate about roller coasters and this one in particular. I get to put together my own little announcement for the new coaster and it will be a lot of fun

I would check on the website here https://www.carowinds.com/media-center and contact the PR department to see if they can tell you. I asked them many years ago for a song at scarowinds and they told me what it was... so they may be able to tell you. As far as T-shirts online... I dont even know what happend to the online store.... Plus shipping is always like $10 on most of those items (just check CP's online store). I would just make your own I guess.

Yeah, like was said above, just contact the park and since it is a school project they will likely give you everything you need. I use to do that kind of stuff when I was in school and companies will send you all sorts of stuff to help you out. Good luck on your project. They have probably read this and are waiting for your call or mail.

I don't know about online, but I bought a nice Fury shirt at the park on Sunday... they have several different colors & styles.

I could really use another aerial shot from a plane of what the front entrance and Carowinds Blvd looks like now....I can't get an idea of what everything looks like from ground shots...

^ Would also love an aerial shot if anyone is flying in the region. It is absolutely insane the amount of land being touched for next year. Everything inside the yellow is having some sort of construction in it for 2015. Just look how big it is compared to the rest of the park.

^Its even bigger than that, work has been done all the way out the edges of that service road at the bottom of the image, where the dry basins are, and the new drop off. Not to mention any kind of prep work needed to work on the temporary gate.

Ok, now am I complaining " no " am I curious " yes " am I a coaster stalker " absolutely ". Anyway, while I am glad that we have a webcam; due to the poor quality myself and I am sure everybody else have been unable to see any progress since what......Monday of last week, the only thing that looks new in the webcam is maybe some type of gable or support for a possible roof over the track storage area. Does anybody know what they have been doing over the last week; again not complaining just excited!

Well I seen that North Gate restrooms were demolished and it appears that the pergola was too so I imagine the Plantation House is no more, my wife brings up an interesting point "Will the Plantation House get a gravestone at SCarowinds?" Probably not but it deserves one!
