There will continue to be a LOT of work around the station and brake run. There is miles of wiring that needs to completed in that area, as well as other trade work. The track work is actually a small portion of the construction.

I sure hope so. Otherwise they've had three cranes on site and still can't reach the top lol

EDIT: I've been looking at the pictures posted by Carowinds on Facebook and there are workers that appear to be doing extensive work on thebreakrun. Not sure exactly what, I'm sure someone here does. Hopefully that work is nearing completion.

Whats a break run? Is that grabbing a coke and a snickers during down time?

Yes...im gonna continue to be "that guy"....
Only one way to stop me...and its not making excuses like "we're just human" or "people make mistakes"

Well...mike did say he was previewing the new live streaming of FURY325, so if I were a betting man I would say its a big chance its gonna be live...but dont mind me, im just "speculating"

No, I saw it too. In fact, if you look on the blueprints on page 72 (or so) of the 325 page thread, you'll see where the "prop basin" is. But I think that it will be filled in for the parking lot. In the animation, the parking lot fills most of that area.

The Skytower was at about 2/3 height this morning. I assume this is for the light tree installation. Since they had to send people up to work on the tree it was probably a good time to install the new cameras.

so carowinds temporarily mounted the new cameras? snapped some pics, took them back down so they can put them back up with the tree lights? makes sense.

It looks like our grammar professor needs to go back to school!

C'mon, give coasterbruh a brake. He was probably just typing on a phone and autocorrect didn't work. It was late and he clicked 'Submit' instead of 'Preview.' And after all, he's just human...

/sarcasm

And not to put too fine a point on it, I think our dear bruh demonstrated both mistakes as well as laziness in his reply. We now return to our regular F325 converage.

Has anyone poked around to see if the new webcams are live, but just not linked? I know a couple guys around here are good at that sort of thing...

No, they put up new cameras recently while workers were preparing to install the lights. It looked like they were working on the lights for the big Christmas Tree this week.
