So we’re not all over the place for now, let’s wait until we get closer to opening day before determining what kind of thread to start.

Intimidator’s opening day was apparently a well kept secret for locals. 15-20 minute wait by midday, tops. Although, this spring may be a little different. Trip report for opening day 2010 for reference:

So, answer me this...

Intimidator is listed as having a run time of 3 minutes and 33 seconds while Fury 325 is listed as having a run time of 3 minutes and 25 seconds. Yet, Intimidator is rated as being able to process 1,600 riders per hour while Fury 325 is only rated to process 1,470 riders per hour.

This makes no sense to me since they both have three trains with 32 seats a piece. Does anyone know why there is a difference?

On opening day for Intimidator I waited in a 45 minute line.. I bet Fury will be at least 1 hr. 30 min.
