I dont think so because before they put leviathans tunnel in its place it had a little ditch with about 4 foot walls with poles to to bolt it in place..

I know that like 50 pages ago I thought that a tunnel would be nice, but I honestly think that it would be better without it. For those of you who have ridden Leviathan, how was that tunnel? Did you like it? of do you like a drop like that to not have a tunnel? Preferences?

Not to derail the conversation [pun intended], how do you think the first rider auction will be held? I've been to many coasterthons, and we did the Banshee first rider auction, but it seems like the one many describe for some of the B&M hypers were different. Those were not night rights prior to the opening day like Banshee, right? With the Banshee event, we had a fundraising page, and a lot of money was raised for a worthy cause. How do you envision this one going? Let's hope it gets announced soon so we can get rolling on the fundraising! I thought the Banshee fundraiser event was already announced by this time last year, and people were well on their way to reaching the minimum required to get to come to the event! Also, I am curious which charity will be selected!

As for this giga, the construction does appear to be moving right along. Mike mentioned that the last piece should be there next week and in place thereafter, so here's to electrical work, the arrival of trains, and hundreds (and thousands) of test laps!

State law requires at 200 cycles. 100 under maintenance and 100 under ride operators prior to state inspection. Furthermore 200 cycles would take only a week or so, I think it is 200 cycles per trains but I don't remember for sure. Keep in mind that new rides normally go through more test cycles than existing rides too.
