I was out at the guest drop off earlier today taking pics.
Awesome!
I never saw anyone mention it, but they have a nice sign out there welcoming people to view the coaster from there. Very cool!

I'm sure this has been discussed, but with everything dug up, where is the drop off area right now? I would love to take the kids down for a sneak peak at it! Thanks!

Google maps is updated and shows the new drop off area if that helps to show exactly where it is.

I did not get a picture of it but I believe there was a delivery of track in about 5 mins ago! Caught the headlights as there was a 18 wheeler pulling out.

I noticed Kings Dominion is having a passholder preview day this season. Wouldn't it be amazing if Carowinds did the same?

I thought they had lit up the coaster, but it turns out the parking lot lights were on. It was enough to draw me down the driveway.

There were two cars with flashing blue lights and a tow truck in the drop off lot. The blue lights were my queue to leave so I didn't get a good look. It could have been anyone, but I wonder if it involved any CCers.
