It's a certain number of cycles, and there should be plenty of time. If they run too far behind they can always test through the night.

Also, some sort of law is being violated having this thing taking up so much space in a NYC apartment.

My question (probably a stupid one) - how long does it take to test the coaster. Seeing as it's supposed to open in 24 days we might be cutting it close. Does anyone now how many hours or days it takes to test before it can be certified by the state?

I think its like 300 cycles

Jonathan, I'm so glad to see that you're a part of the the swarm. Especially with your cool Fury shades!

I want to be a part of the the swarm, too.

ETA…I'm getting ready to leave to take my daughter to Girl Scouts. Pretty sure testing will start immediately after I am no longer online to watch the stream. You're welcome. ;)

It looks white to me right now too. But it may just be the contrast washing out the color saturation.

edit-- it's looking greener and greener by the moment to me now

I seem to recall reading somewhere that the LEDs that will light up the lift hill supports were supposed to change colors. Guess that could be the case on the lights on the track too.

But they do look more green now, so maybe it was just the contrast.
