Your best bet for recording these cameras is an application like Replay Media Catcher, which allows you to record the stream directly. That way you can have the full resolution stream, and not be limited to a screen recording.

But again, pay attention to the construction workers that are under the bridge/in the pit area. There won't be any testing while they're still working that close to the ride track.

I'm on lunch break now, so I came home to let my dog out, and to watch this... Come on, let's see that train rolling down the hill before my lunch is over...

That's probably part of the mechanism for the chain as it wraps around and heads back down the hill. That's about the point where the chain will end to make sure the train is pulled all the way over the hill.
