It really is amazing to me how there are fanboys everywhere who cant appreciate cool looking rides just because they arent at their park. I guess it just proves that their are literally mindless fans for everything. Anyway that first drop looks amazing and soooo fast. Cant wait to ride on the back of the train. now that will be a drop.

Seems like a fair comment to me... Fury is a contender for best ride of 2015, but for me Wicked Cyclone and Twisted Colossus look tough to beat. Can't wait to ride them and find out.

On another unrelated note, a lot of people on here need to take a step back and look at the way you are posting. You are being total jerks to each other for no reason and it is completely uncalled for. Makes it a chore to run this site.

Moving on...

I remember that now... and as Wikipedia states "Some of the special features of Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is that riders are recorded during the entire 1 minute and 37 second ride and can choose one out of thirty songs to listen to during the experience."

Speaking of sound... I used to love "Whole Lotta Love" blasting from the on-board speakers on Led Zeppelin - The Ride at Hard Rock Park! It was totally synced to the drop and sounded fantastic!!

A lot more than 30 songs on Rip Ride Rocket if you know the special codes. http://www.bestoforlando.com/articles/secret-songs-on-universal-orlandos-hollywood-rip-ride-rockit%20/

Seconded.
I always try to remember that we don't always need to hear everyone's opinion on everything.

That I agree with. One thing I see is some younger and newer people tend to think that a differing of opinion means the person is arguing or insulting them, when really it's just a difference of opi9nion

A lot of times it's older people who have been around here a long time, and a lot of times it is pretty insulting, so let's EVERYONE chill out and remember you're chatting about an amusement park.

I just feel like this, to successfully navigate the internet, a thick skin is required. Its like you can't go around being insulting and when you "feel" you're being insulted its the end of the world, that's the core of being hypocritical. I know for a fact that if I say something stupid and someone calls me out I can,t get offended because one, they don't know me and two...its just the internet. This is a board about Carowinds, the folks at Carowinds watch this board (and participate :silent:  ). While i'm no asskisser I just feel its ways to express your dislike of some things the park does and talking down on what they do like you can do it much better isn't a good way to get on the parks good side.

I appreciate the park for Fury 325. I appreciate MORE the parks exposure of Fury 325! They have kept us in the loop from day one and even so now. Do I like everything about the coaster and everything about 2015, nope...but its a proper place and way to express that. The park kinda expects asinine and "silly" comments from places like Facebook and twitter, that's a given. I just personally think the park and its folks hold us to a higher level of understanding and relaying our opinion of what they are doing. I just know it would really bother me to read comments about how I could have produced a better POV, for instance, when all I had to work with was 2 test runs.

Anyway...I wonder how long will it be before a human gets to ride this coaster!
