General Carowinds discussion

I'm signed up and ready to go. Myself and two others. We're also going back to the park on the 27th. We've also reserved a room at the Comfort Inn at Carowinds. It was tough, but we got it taken care of (none of us are 21 yet  but they let us stay anyway).
I can't wait to see you all again. :)

^I'll have right much video from the event, as well as the next day visit.

From what I can recall, we won't need the physical tickets? I was unable to print them off, so I wrote down the barcode info.

Jarsh will send out a message with lots of info a few days before the event. That should answer a lot of questions. As for printed tickets, you don't need them. In the past, he has always had the packets sorted by name, so you just give your name at the registration table and you'll get your packet.

The packets I've gotten at events in the past usually have a lanyard, a wristband, tickets to the park for people that don't already have passes, and sometimes goodies that the park is giving as swag. Stuff like that. :)

PROCRASTINATOR'S SURPRISE!

We've extended the registration period until midnight tonight. If you accidentally procrastinated to long and missed out, here is your last chance to join in on the fun!

We were at 153 this morning, but that might increase a few since we've extended the registration period by 24 hours.

Tawny summed it up perfectly. I'll shoot an email to everyone in attendance next week sometime that will have all the details concerning everything. You WILL need to stop by the Comfort Inn and pick up your packet unless you are showing up later in the day and then they will be at Will Call. I'll explain this in better detail in the email so be on the lookout for it!

Well - We're gonna find out, lol. With a few hours left before registration ends and 158 registrations so far, I'm hoping everyone just grabs their registration and then goes to get in line for the parking lots gates to open. I thought about doing a "drive thru" type pick up since the hotel conference room has a door on the end of it. I could get someone to stand out there and come in and out getting registrations for folks then parking prolly wouldn't be an issue.
