^I will note that the attendance in 2006 remained "relatively flat" as the park put it. Attendance in 2014 was lower than 2006. And attendance in 2015 surpassed two million for the first time since 2006 or 2005.

I have been wondering if HB2 has had any effect on park attendance. Just something I've been curious about.

Certainly, but it'll be hard for you to do seeing as you can't attend a media event from here on out knowing that the waterpark's added attendance will benefit the park for years to come, not just for 2016.

Plus they aren't going to rebuild Thunder Road (ever) so you're going to be pissed at the park for the rest of your life practically.

But yes. I'll give you $10 if you avoid media events from here on out. It's the least I can do to help out our fellow coaster geeks.
