I mean I thought about it, but I made the list based off coasters that were specifically designed for Carowinds, not necessarily if they were cloned later on or not. Nighthawk is the first of its kind but it was a relocation from CGA, therefore it's not an original coaster for Carowinds.

I agree because if anybody hasn’t noticed camp snoopy is pretty small

My final thoughts on this project as of now are that I see a coaster coming next year but I also could see something in replacement of the yo yo and some new food and gift shops to really re theme the crossroads area.

If it helps anyone to figure out the manufacturer, the new coaster will have an inversion coming straight out of the station before it turns to the launch pad. I seen another launch coaster do the same exact thing but I can not remember the name of that coaster.

Also, the trains will hold 16 people at a time. 4 people per car, 4 cars per train kind of deal.

I mean it looks like the information he was given by his friends from the first page on this thread was accurate, though I don't if it was information pulled from this site. On top of that, they're the most recent company Cedar Fair has worked with (Hangtime) that has a history with launched coasters.

I'm not saying take his word for it, I'm just saying there's a chance.

This may sound like a weird wish, But I want to see an indoor launch and an outdoor layout, I don't know if it's just me, But there's just something about shooting out of a tunnel into a layout.

Have you rode Verbolten at Busch Gardens Williamsburg? If you haven't, some of the coaster is inside a building with a "surprise" I never saw coming when I first rode it :P

I’ve only ridden three Gerstlauers and while they were fun, they weren’t really anything special. DDD and Mystery Mine are fun but neither manage to crack my top ten. Firechaser Express is a great family coaster, so I can’t judge it by the same metric I’d judge Gerstlauer’s adult coasters with. If this turns out to be a Gerstlauer, I’d hope for something along the lines of those crazy launch coasters they’ve built in Europe (e.g. Karacho, Junker, Anubis) with a layout you’d find on an Intamin or Mack rather than your typical eurofighter. It would improve Carowinds’ coaster lineup tremendously and join Fury, Afterburn, and Intimidator as the park’s “Top Four”.
