Or maybe there’s a lot of themed elements that will take some time after the coaster itself is finished...

I agree there will be less down time but since this project doesn't affect and entrance or a roadway it's gonna be kinda out of the way of everything, plus they can accsess the site via the parking lot near the current location of the warehouse....

The pictures are very much appreciated. You can tell from the Skytower pics that they’ve pretty much leveled everything that used to be in that area. Does that mean we can expect footers by next month?

I don't know if that's a footer, I saw it on Friday and it looked like it could be a stationed pipe poking from the ground or something along those lines. However, the area closest to the WWF entrance appeared to have a large hole dug or being dug in it.

Also, the stormwater / retention pond near that exit has probably tripled in size

They did have some of the christmas tree stored in the waterpark, its now gone. This looks to me like a footer that will support a helix or curve..... If you look behind the "footer" you can see what looks like a curve.... Could be mega wrong, just looks to be a footer to me. I have plenty of pictures of the area in front of wwf. I think that hole that was being dug was filled in, but I am not sure. I thought it was a giant hole for the flyers base/footer but I think I am wrong in those regards and that this area very possibly could be the station for the coaster, dont know though! If I find a picture of the area in front of wwf, I will post it here but there are some on Facebook.

You very well could be right, I only went Friday after work, and based on some other responses, construction crews were working Saturday and Sunday as well.

Hopefully soon, Kings Island started their teasers for Mystic Timbers in mid-April, so maybe one will show up in the coming weeks, I'd assume its the individual parks discretion of when they want to start teasing.
