But if Screamscape is right, I’m REALLY happy that it’s a Mack!

And what if it is Gerstlauer?

I am pretty sure it is Mack but would still be really happy if it isn’t ?

I’d be over the moon with either manufacturer but a large scale Mack would be incredibly unique to the country. Only other Macks of this scale in the U.S. are Time Traveler and Manta at SWSD.

I think Carowinds is making a good move by not adding a wooden coaster because it's something the park has already seen and currently has. It wouldn't really making gp have the urge to ride it unless it was an RMC. Hurler is already their number 4 coaster by rider count so they aren't in dying need of a wooden coaster. A launch coaster would really make local people have the urge to want to go to Carowinds because it's something they've never seen before.

I would really love to see a western landscape much like Maverick where the coaster swerves through sharp banks or maybe skmething like Chettah Hunt.

Early with the layout leaks this year! That layout looks like it would check off a lot of boxes, a launch coaster, smooth inversions on a sit down coaster, a top hat (I've always wanted one in the park), and hopefully some strong airtime. Anyone have any ideas about the height scale of this thing?

As usual I am always skeptical of Screamscape, especially since this looks drawn in paint while Fury's leak was official documents.

I’m still surprised Screamscape hasn’t caught wind of the trademark. I mean we don’t know that it’s for sure coming to Carowinds, but given the region, that name seems very likely.

What’s the trademark? Missed that as I have been following along.

I can’t say that this is the name with 100% certainty, but given Carowinds’ location, it seems pretty likely.

Everyone I’ve ever talked to that has ridden Blue Fire and it’s clones say it’s out of control and easily top five. Even people like Richard bannister who’s ridden over 1500 coasters. You’re the only person I’ve ever seen say anything negative about it.

Thanks tarheel! I agree, that would definitely fit for Carowinds!
